In this role you support the Operational / Non-Financial Risk function to strengthen risk controls across the organization. You will oversee third-party risk and outsourcing governance and help implement the Operational Resilience framework in a dynamic, international setting. You’ll provide independent risk oversight, challenge risk signals, and work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. This position offers the chance to shape governance, regulatory compliance, and resilience initiatives at Deutsche Bank.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and outsourcing governance activities with regulatory alignment and senior stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate the implementation of the Operational Resilience framework, including ICT risk oversight, third-party dependencies, regulatory reporting, and legal entity compliance
• Provide independent operational risk oversight across incident management, scenario analysis, operational losses, and control effectiveness




• Act as a trusted advisor on risk governance, identifying and addressing issues impacting resilience, risk profile, or reputation
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to drive risk governance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement of the risk management framework

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk Management, or Third-Party Risk Management
• Ability to analyze risk data, incidents, and KRIs and communicate insights to senior stakeholders xqbhyrx
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and the banking and control environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to provide independent challenge
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and fluency in English
