The company supports general organizations across life sciences, legal, financial services, media, and technology sectors by delivering multilingual, technology‑driven solutions that power international growth. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pThe Vice President, Corporate Development is a senior executive position reporting to the COO and working closely with the SVP, Corporate Development, responsible for supporting the company’s diversification through buy‑side acquisitions, managing all facets of due diligence, integration planning, and operational optimization. /p pThis role combines strategic vision, MA execution leadership, and FPA expertise to ensure that capital deployment, acquisition integration, and performance management initiatives generate measurable enterprise value. The VP, Corporate Development partners closely with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, HR, and global business unit leaders to accelerate sustainable, scalable growth. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liCorporate Development Buy‑Side Acquisitions /li liSupport end-to-end buy-side MA execution: target evaluation, valuation, due diligence, and deal processing /li liDevelop financial models /li liStructure transactions to optimize capital efficiency, tax positioning, and risk mitigation /li liNegotiate purchase agreements, working capital adjustments, etc /li liPresent investment cases and financial impact analyses to executive leadership /li liFinancial Accounting Leadership (MA Focus)



/li liOversee accounting and financial due diligence across international targets /li liLead QoE assessments and working capital analyses /li liEnsure proper valuation of intangible assets, goodwill recognition, and impairment testing /li liOversee financial consolidation and harmonization of accounting policies post‑acquisition /li liPartner with auditors and advisors to ensure compliant financial reporting /li liPost‑Merger Integration Business Optimization /li liSupport financial and operational integration of acquired entities /li liImplement KPI frameworks and financial dashboards to track synergy realization /li liDrive margin improvement and cost optimization initiatives across business units /li liStandardize internal controls, reporting structures, and ERP integration /li liIdentify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance scalability /li liMonitor acquisition performance against assumptions /li liCapital Allocation Performance Governance /li liEvaluate return on invested capital (ROIC) and long‑term value creation metrics /li liEstablish disciplined capital deployment frameworks /li liSupport financing, refinancing,



or restructuring initiatives as needed /li liStrengthen enterprise-wide financial controls and risk management practices /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liCPA required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred /li li12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate development, MA, transaction advisory, or private equity‑backed environments /li liDeep expertise in buy-side acquisitions including post‑acquisition integration /li liStrong technical accounting knowledge /li liAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills /li liExperience leading cross‑border transactions and global integrations /li liExecutive‑level communication and board presentation experience /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liBackground in Big Four accounting, transaction advisory, or investment banking /li liExperience within technology‑enabled global professional services organizations /li liERP and financial systems integration leadership /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liStrategic Vision Execution /li liTechnical Accounting Mastery /li liTransaction Structuring Negotiation /li liFinancial Modeling Valuation /li liOperational Excellence /li liChange Integration Leadership /li liRisk Assessment Governance /li /ul h3Impact of the Role /h3 pThis executive will directly influence TransPerfect’s long-term enterprise value by combining growth strategy, disciplined acquisitions, accounting rigor, and operational optimization.
