Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - iGaming B2B - Barcelona

Arnold Ash have been retained by a fast-growing, established and market leading B2B supplier within the iGaming industry. They require a Chief Commercial Officer to join their executive leadership team due to significant growth in new product and service lines. The successful CCO will play a critical role in strengthening the commercial structure, scaling the Sales and Account Management teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth alongside the well regarded CEO.

The Chief Commercial Officer will:

- Define and implement the company’s integral commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives and growth plans
- Lead, develop, and scale the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring high performance and strong commercial discipline
- Build and implement clear commercial structures, processes, and KPIs across the organisation
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring commercial targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Strengthen and manage relationships with key clients, strategic partners,



and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance commercial culture, mentoring and empowering senior commercial leaders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure the business remains competitive
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic client meetings

The CCO must have:

- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role such as Chief Commercial Officer, Commercial Director, or VP Commercial
- Strong background within the iGaming industry, ideally within a B2B supplier environment
- Demonstrated track record of scaling commercial teams and driving significant revenue growth
- Strong understanding of iGaming markets, operators, and supplier ecosystems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
- Residency in Barcelona (maybe in Malta) or willing to relocate to Barcelona (maybe Malta).
