prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee; /liliSupport and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities; /liliTake an active role and participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships; /liliReview loan documentation together with the legal team; /liliDraft term sheets and engagement letters; /liliAnticipate any credit deterioration through active monitoring of borrowers using digital technology; /liliParticipate in the portfolio and borrower companies monitoring /li /ulpstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; /liliMinimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private debt fund; /liliKnowledge of loan products and/or bonds and French law; /liliStrong analytical and writing skills; /liliExcellent numerical and financial modelling skills; /liliFluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of an additional language would be an asset); /liliResult-driven; /liliAble to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
