ppAs part of our growth and organizational development around bmajor Datacenter industrial building projects /b as a bGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking a bProject Director /b to join our team in Spain. /p pReporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our design build datacenter projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic project management: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts) /li liTeam coordination and leadership: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment /li liOperational monitoring and reporting: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO,



and feeding into steering committees /li liEnsuring compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements /li liBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project and representing the company to external partners /li liContributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWith an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least b10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects. /b /p pYou are recognized for your bleadership skills /b and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams.
