And we’re absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that. /ppWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Tax Director. /ppWe are seeking a Senior Accounting and Tax Consultant to take responsibility for performing general accounting tasks for a set of clients. Their primary duties include accounting invoices, generating and submitting client taxes and preparing financial statements and client reports. /ppReporting to the Manager Accounting and Tax compliance they will work closely with the Company’s wider accounting team to contribute to business growth. /ppThe role is based in Barcelona and offers hybrid working. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManages autonomously a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary /liliManages, controls and accounts client invoices and bank statements in line with accounting obligations, making the appropriate checks. /liliPrepares and takes care of the presentation of annual accounts and official books of his clients’ portfolio autonomously. /liliResponsible for the preparation and filing of tax returns, as well as informative declarations to different bodies. /liliAttention to requirements from the Administration and response to them.



/liliWorks in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact. /liliSupports the team when needed in the distribution of tasks and/or other junior team members on complex items. /liliFollows the company quality standards and processes. /liliIdentifies and detects business opportunities based on client characteristics. /li /ulh3Attributes And Technical Skills /h3ulliAbility to work in a team /liliOrganizational and planning skills /liliFlexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients). /liliProactive and analytical thinking /liliStrong attention to detail. /li /ulh3Relevant Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar position. /liliExperience in management with multinational clients is highly valued. /li /ulh3Education And Professional Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity education in ADE/ Economics or similar; candidates with training in CFGS in Administration and Finance will also be accepted. Suggestion: Degree in Administration and Finance/Degree in Law/Economics. /liliFull mastery of Spanish accounting and tax regulations, especially in regard to VAT, IRPF, IS, Spanish General Accounting Plan and other relevant regulations for the provision of the service. /liliHigh level of English. /liliProficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration. /liliGood knowledge of accounting management software.
