and manage structured products across multiple asset classes /liliCoordinate transaction execution through SG's proprietary platforms and digital tools /liliEnsure efficient management of secondary market transactions and client requests /liliMonitor and communicate product events throughout the lifecycle of structured products /li /ulh3Client Support Governance /h3ulliSupport onboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders /liliCoordinate contractual documentation, including distribution and derivatives agreements /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards /liliContribute to the continuous enhancement of client experience and operational excellence /li /ulh3Profile required /h3h3Studies experience: /h3ulliUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline /liliMBA or postgraduate qualifications are considered a plus /lili7–12 years of relevant experience within Structured Products Sales, Capital Markets, Integral Markets, or Cross‑Asset Solutions /li /ulh3Language skills: /h3ulliFluent Spanish and English required /liliPortuguese and/or French highly desirable /li /ulh3Technical, operational Soft skills: /h3ulliProven track record covering institutional clients, retail distribution platforms, private banking networks, or wealth management channels /liliDemonstrated success in originating and executing structured investment solutions /liliStrong knowledge of structured products and derivative solutions across /liliEquities /liliFixed Income /liliForeign Exchange /liliRates /liliCommodities /liliDeep understanding of financial markets and investor behaviour /liliFamiliarity with regulatory and suitability requirements associated with structured products distribution.
