In this Senior GL Accountant role, you own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and lead revenue documentation for Glovo. You’ll partner with FinOps, IT, and regional HQ to harmonize processes, map gaps, and build robust O2C controls. You will document flows, support audits, and contribute to the IT/ERP design for scalable financial systems. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a meaningful impact on revenue recognition and month-end accuracy.

• Own end-to-end OTC and PtP processes from an accounting perspective
• Document O2C processes with detailed flowcharts for internal reference
• Collaborate with FinOps and IT to harmonize processes and design ERP structure
• Support annual financial audits related to OTC and cycles
• Prepare revenue recognition processes in line with standards (IFRS 15) and revenue assurance documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements during month-end closing
• Work with local,
regional, and HQ finance teams to improve processes and reporting
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of accounting or audit experience in multinational companies with focus on O2C/revenue cycle
• Hands-on experience documenting financial processes, flowcharts, and controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 / Revenue Recognition
• Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT or Financial Systems teams
• Fluent English, strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft xqbhyrx Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar ERP systems (plus)
• Experience with ERP migrations or systems mapping (plus)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
