Sell sponsorships to companies that want access to some of the most curated rooms of founders and CEOs in Europe, and build a network most people spend a decade assembling. /p h3ABOUT US /h3 pWe run three brands for which we use sponsorships: /p ul liAI Campus Barcelona (aicampus.barcelona): AI courses, seminars, and corporate training in Barcelona. Curated sessions for specific audiences. /li liSaaS on the Beach (saasonthebeach.com): invite-only retreats for SaaS founders and CEOs in Barcelona and Cancun. Gathering some of the most successful founders for a 2-day program. /li liInner Circle (innercircle.events): intimate, hand-curated retreats for specific groups of decision makers like Product Leaders and AI builders. Similar program to SaaS on the Beach, different brand. /li /ul pEverything we do is curated by design: small rooms, senior people, focus on building trust and relationships. Sponsors join because there is no comparable way to reach these audiences. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pYou will own sponsorship and partnership revenue across all three brands. The model is proven: sponsorships of €5,000 to €20,000 are selling weekly, closed by the founder personally. Your job is to make that consistent, build the pipeline, and grow the sponsor base. /p pThis is a full-cycle role. You identify the right companies, open the conversation, structure the package, close, and make sure sponsors get real value so they renew. Our founder will be there to support when needed. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liOwn new sponsorship revenue across workshops, retreats, hackathons, courses, and corporate training /li liBuild and manage the pipeline end to end,



from prospecting to signature /li liDevelop and price sponsorship packages, and help write the commercial playbook /li liAttend our events and retreats and build relationships with sponsors and attendees alike /li /ul h3WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT /h3 pMost sales jobs give you a phone and a list. This one puts you in the room. Our events are attended by founders, CEOs, CPOs, AI builders and other decision makers at the top of their fields, and you will meet them all. If you are ambitious about a career in partnerships or business development, the relationships alone are worth the seat. /p pPerform well, and the path to Head of Partnerships is yours to earn. /p h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liAround 2-5 years in sponsorship sales, event partnerships, media sales, ideally in the tech industry /li liComfortable owning a revenue goal and building your own pipeline from scratch /li liStrong written and spoken English and Spanish, Catalan is a plus /li liCredible and low-ego in a room of senior people /li liBased in Barcelona; hybrid, with regular presence at our space and events /li /ul pResearch shows that many people, women in particular, only apply when they meet every requirement.
