/liliYou have experience in sourcing candidates through different channels and know how to write compelling job advertisements that attract the right people. /liliYou have hands-on experience working with ATSs, ideally Personio or Teamtailor. You know how to manage applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and well-organized recruitment process. /liliYou care about creating an outstanding candidate experience and building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers through your empathetic communication style. /liliYou are curious, proactive, and organized.
