You will be responsible for designing efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across both internal platforms and customer-facing web products, with a strong focus on tools used by operational and business teams. and improve workflows. /liliCreate end-to-end designs: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency. /liliImprove usability and accessibility: Optimize interfaces for clarity, speed, and accessibility (WCAG), especially in complex systems. /liliCollaborate Closely with Developers: Work closely with developers during the design implementation process, providing detailed design specifications, style guides, assets, and any necessary clarifications to ensure high-quality execution. /liliUtilise the Design System framework to document and manage UI components, ensuring consistent design implementation across teams. /liliDrive data-informed improvements: Participate in A/B testing and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative insights to optimise the user experience. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience designing both internal tools and customer-facing web platforms, including dashboards and complex systems. /liliA strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or operational systems. /liliStrong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems, with experience creating and maintaining them. /liliProficiency in Design System for managing design components is required.
