You will work closely with senior leadership and functional directors across the Group, as well as with external partners needed to make a new market operational. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Market Analysis Selection /h3 ul liConduct structured analysis of potential markets, covering legal and regulatory environment, competitive landscape, customer dynamics, and unit economics /li liSupport business case preparation for market selection decisions by senior leadership /li /ul h3Legal Regulatory Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate with local and international law firms regarding legal and licensing requirements, where applicable /li liSupport legal and regulatory workstreams through to market readiness /li liCoordinate vendor evaluation and onboarding processes together with internal stakeholders and functional experts /li liSupport tender processes and commercial negotiations with payment processors, lending software providers, card personalization centers, credit bureaus, collections agencies,
