You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user‑centred solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. /p pIf you’re passionate about crafting exceptional experiences and thrive in collaborative environments, we encourage you to submit your CV in English, together with your portfolio. /p h3Principal Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end design for complex product features, from discovery through to delivery, producing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. /li liTranslate ambiguous problems into clear, well-reasoned design solutions with a strong rationale. /li liPlan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. /li liSynthesise qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities. /li liAdvocate for the user throughout the product development process. /li liContribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay’s design system, ensuring consistency across the platform. /li liChampion accessibility standards and best practices across all design output. /li liMaintain and document shared design patterns and components. /li liPartner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from scoping and ideation to build and launch. /li liPresent and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
