Directly responsible for core GMV target. /li liDevelop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to boost their level of growth and increase creators' earning potential on the eCommerce Platform. /li liDesign and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, and translate these insights into strategic external initiatives to drive creator engagement and growth. /li liCoordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
