ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst on a fixed-term contract (6-12 months) to implement, manage and improve our compensation and benefits programs. The individual responsible will oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company's strategy, business goals and talent needs. /li liDevelop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives. /li liUtilize various methods and techniques to make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation plans. /li liSupport the Training Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management activities. /li liSupport the Finance team with budgets, year-end bonus incentive payment process and financial analysis of all compensation and benefit plans. /li liSupport Legal team to ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs with applicable laws and regulations. /li liParticipate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. /li liConduct ongoing research and report on emerging trends, issues and best practices. /li liAssess competitors' compensation and benefits plans and make recommendations for enhancements to our existing plans. /li liProvide subject matter expertise and internal support to key stakeholders including department heads, local country management, legal,



finance and training resourcing teams on a variety of compensation and benefit issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules, including configuration, data management, and annual cycle support /li liStrong proficiency in Excel, including advanced data analysis for compensation insights and reporting /li liSolid knowledge of compensation data submission processes, including annual submissions and spot surveys /li liPractical experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys, including data preparation, validation, and submission /li liProven capability in job matching and benchmarking, leveraging job libraries and market data from multiple vendors /li liFamiliarity with different benchmarking methodologies to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment /li liStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail /li liAbility to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable outcomes /li liStructured and process-oriented approach to compensation operations /li liEffective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders /li liPreferred experience in tech or pharma high-growth environment working with compensation and reward programs in a integral, large-scale corporate environment /li liEducated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with a post-graduate qualification in a related discipline. /li liFull working proficiency in English /li liCertified Compensation Professional Certification is an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
