ph3Logistics Specialist- Tarragona/Barcelona /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Logistics Specialist to support the daily logistics operations for MG Motor in Spain. The selected candidate will assist in vehicle flow coordination, compound organization, and damage management, ensuring smooth communication between the logistics team, compounds, transport partners, and dealerships. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the supply and sales team to prepare accurate arrival forecast. /li liConduct detailed arrival and vehicles turn‑around planning to ensure smooth operations and optimize the contractual space. /li liSupport the organization and control of vehicle movements within the compound, including reception, inspection, storage, and dispatch. /li liEnsure vehicles are correctly positioned, tracked, and prepared for delivery to dealerships. /li liMaintain updated records of stock levels and vehicle status in coordination with compound teams. /li liDaily coordination with suppliers to ensure set KPIs are met. /li liAssist in identifying, reporting, and tracking vehicle damages. /li liCoordinate with workshops, inspection agencies, and transport providers to ensure timely repair and reporting. /li liMaintain damage records and prepare regular summaries for management review. /li liFollow up with the insurance and quality teams when required. /li liAct as point of contact for dealerships regarding vehicle deliveries, damage reports, and logistics updates. /li liConstantly seek solutions for most accurate delivery information for dealerships, such as system development, data transfer with suppliers.
