In this role, you will manage technical activities at the depot to ensure reliable rail operations. You will collaborate across engineering, design, quality and supply chain to implement maintenance plans and drive improvements. You’ll monitor technical issues, support workshops, and ensure service quality indicators are met, contributing to safe and efficient mobility. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, compliance with QCD and safety standards, and close work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

• Verify the development and application of the Maintenance Plan and propose improvements
• Identify workshop needs and suggest enhancements
• Monitor and analyze technical problems and drive solutions
• Ensure achievement of service quality indicators
• Implement actions from Technical Committees and provide technical reports of breakdowns




• Manage the calibration plan and equipment calibration
• Create and follow up KPIs and activity reports
• Collaborate to organize department operations and procedures
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and cross-team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations
• Notify incidents/near misses affecting Railway Safety to superiors and EHS managers

Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Organizational or related
• Knowledge of MS Project and Excel Macros
• Knowledge in SAP - User level
• Intermediate English and advanced Spanish
