He/she ensures that assigned yachts are operated and maintained in accordance with the Fraser Yacht Management System and represents the owner’s best interests. /ppThe goal is to provide clear and accurate budgets, reports, accounting and logistic support as required. The Yacht Administrator works in the Yacht Management Team, using Company procedures and best Yacht Management practices in close cooperation with the Captain and management team. /ph3Qualifications and Required skills /h3ulliKnowledge of yachting and operations. /liliKnowledge of accounting and finance such as: budget,



bank account and process, financial report, Bookkeeping. /liliBudget, financial reports, payroll, bank processes. /liliAuditing. /liliOperational and variance analysis. /liliLegal knowledge: flags, insurance, VAT, registration, VISA, regulations and new contracts. /liliDesire to join a professional team at the top of the industry proving good communication skills, allowing and efficient contact with the Owners and Captains. /liliTime management (The ability to comply with deadlines). /li /ulh3Key Duties Responsibilities /h3ulliBudgeting. /liliMonthly accounts. /liliPayments of invoice, payroll, and insurance coverages. /liliLiaise proactively with the Captain, Crew, Owner/Owner's rep, other Fraser Yachts departments and industry players, including banks and insurance companies. /liliEnsure the smooth operation of yachts. /liliProvide accurately monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. /li /ulh3Education and experience required (mandatory) /h3ulli5 years’ experience in the yachting business. /liliAccounting background. /liliEnglish and Spanish are essential; Italian/French/Russian - a plus. /liliVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
