This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage due diligence processes for potential transactions. /liliSupport the end-to-end acquisition process, including execution and negotiations alongside senior stakeholders. /liliConduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities. /liliPrepare high-quality presentations and materials for boards, investors, banks, and other stakeholders. /liliAnalyse and assess business models and strategic positioning of target companies. /liliBuild and review financial models, including company valuations, LBO models, budgets, and forecasts. /liliSupport the preparation of investment memorandums and transaction documentation. /liliCoordinate with auditors and external advisors during financial and operational reviews. /liliDevelop and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking. /liliProduce financial reports and consolidation packages for internal and client use.



/liliImplement and oversee financial best practices across the company and its portfolio. /liliIdentify new investment opportunities through data analysis, research, and market intelligence. /liliContribute to marketing and business development initiatives linked to investment activities. /liliProvide additional support on strategic or ad hoc projects as required by senior management. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum of 9 years’ experience in MA, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services. /liliPrevious experience in audit or accounting is a plus. /liliInternational experience or exposure is highly valued. /liliFull professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. /liliProven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. /liliHighly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
