In this role you will drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize Fever’s operations as we scale across markets. You’ll shape how teams work through strategic projects, AI strategy, and in-house tool development while improving efficiency. You’ll partner with managers worldwide to ensure processes align with business needs and strategic objectives. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role for someone who loves turning data into tangible improvements and scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation
• Proficiency with AI coding tools to rapidly build internal tooling
• Strong analytical, xqbhyrx quantitative, and data-based decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
