operational complexity, and repeatability. /liliCross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners. Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specs, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery. /liliQuality Reliability: Sweat the details of data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability so integrations work well in real customer workflows. /liliMeasure Integration Impact: Establish and track KPIs for technical performance, customer outcomes, and business impact, including adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction. /liliRepeatable Patterns: Codify repeatable patterns, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks that help customers adopt integrations and apps faster. /liliDrive Product Feedback: Turn integration learnings into clear, actionable feedback for Remote teams — what to add, fix, and improve across APIs, CLIs, and the product overall. /li /ulh3General Requirements /h3ulliSenior-Level Experience (Required): Track record as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems. /liliCustomer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and a strong sense of what matters most in their day-to-day workflows.
