ph3JOB DESCRIPTION: /h3 pWe are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Finance Business Partner Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business Partner team supporting the Sourcing vertical. /p pThis role is responsible for acting as the consolidation and governance layer of the Finance Business Partner team, ensuring one single financial view, consistent ways of working and aligned decision‑making across the Sourcing vertical. /p pThe role also oversees the planning and performance management of Special Partnership Agreements (SPAs). /p pThis function acts as the analytical engine of the Sourcing vertical to provide insights and support business decision making to Senior Management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConsolidates the Sourcing PL across topline, margin items and cost base, providing the Sourcing Director with a clear view of PL contribution, key insights and overall financial positioning. /li liConsolidates Sourcing Budget and Forecast across all PL lines, ensuring a consistent top‑down view fully aligned with bottom‑up detail and assumptions. /li liTranslates detailed financial analysis into concise narratives, highlighting risks, opportunities and implications for leadership decision‑making. /li liActs as the single source of truth for Sourcing financials, ensuring consistency of numbers, definitions and messages across all forums and stakeholders. /li liSupports the financial review, challenge and approval of Sourcing business cases. /li liSPAs performance commercial planning: /li liProvides clear and consistent visibility into SPAs commercial performance across key indicators, and develops and maintains commercial dashboards. /li liIdentifies performance gaps versus targets, and partner with commercial teams to define concrete action plans, owners and timelines. /li liPlays a key role in modelling and development of the annual budget for the SPA business, including analysis of key business drivers and performance levers. /li liParticipates in the design,



implementation and monitoring of SPA commercial incentive programs. /li /ul h3Skillset and Experience Required /h3 ul li2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, audit or Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar analytical role in a multinational environment. /li liAdvanced Excel and Power Point skills required. /li liExperience in forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis and modeling tools. /li liAbility to understand financial and related operational data, synthesize results and make actionable recommendations regarding decision making. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. /li liAbility to work independently with limited supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment. /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills required. /li liStrong written communication skills to synthetize messages for top management reports. /li liPersonal sense of urgency in order to prioritize workload. /li liA good understanding of HFM is a plus. /li liExperience of BI tools and data visualization, particularly Tableau is a plus /li /ul pYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world’s leading travel services provider.
