Join us and build for travelers everywhere. /p h3Senior Commercial Credit Risk Analyst /h3 pThis role sits within the B2B Finance Credit team, acting as a key interface between Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting and Group Treasury. You will support some of our largest global travel partners and play a central role in strengthening the financial governance of our growing credit programme. /p pThis position will suit a candidate with strong analytical capability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience managing large and complex partner portfolios (50M+ credit exposure) as long as small travel businesses. You will be a trusted business partner who can influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, while confidently assessing financial risk and resolving complex issues. /p pIn this role, you will: /p ul liLead and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, including complex credit arrangements, significant credit limits and large multi-currency exposures. /li liAssess and recommend credit limits through detailed financial analysis, including interpretation of balance sheets, cash flow statements and group structures. /li liBuild strong, trust-based relationships with major travel partners—acting as their core finance point of contact for risk, payment performance, and commercial discussions. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Product Tech and Commercial Finance to support strategic growth while ensuring governance and risk mitigation. /li liResolve complex finance issues involving unallocated cash, disputes, reconciliation gaps, or operational blockers impacting receivables. /li liDrive negotiations on collateral, payment terms, and risk-based decisions with large partners, balancing commercial opportunity with financial protection.



/li liSupport our credit insurance programme, with an effective management of coverage gaps. /li liStrengthen collections processes and identify opportunities to reduce ageing, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimise partner payment behaviour. /li liEvaluate and store partner financial information, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal controls. /li liSupport the Credit Risk Director in developing and updating Credit Management Policies, ensuring they reflect evolving business strategy and risk appetite. /li /ul h3Experience and Qualifications: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in credit control, credit risk or corporate finance, with a focus on large B2B portfolios or high-risk accounts. /li liProven ability to interpret financial statements, assess business models and form clear risk opinions. /li liExperience setting or reviewing credit limits of high amounts is highly desirable. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and external partners. /li liDemonstrated ability to resolve complex issues, and dispute, think critically, and manage escalations with a calm, solutions-driven approach. /li liStrong relationship-building skills across functions and cultures. /li liHigh attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. /li liAdvanced Excel skills and strong system adaptability (experience with AI, Power BI Power Query is a plus). /li liExperience in business partnering roles or environments where finance must collaborate closely with commercial teams. /li liKnowledge of B2B business models, credit insurance, securitisation or collateral management is advantageous. /li liEnglish speaker /li liTravel experience desirable /li /ul pPlease note that this role is only available in the following locations: Madrid, in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role. /p p#LI-AM7 /p pThe total cash range for this position in Madrid is €43,000.00 to €60,500.00.



Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €69,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. /p br/ pStarting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
