This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers' high standards. /ph3WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? /h3h3Customer Service Operations /h3pConduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy. /ph3Sales Demonstrations Customer Engagement /h3pPrepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order. /ph3Sales Conversion Lead Management /h3pTrack leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.



/ph3Product Knowledge Technical Support /h3pMaintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
