ph3About the Role /h3pAs Head of Service Technology Integration, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Group-wide strategy for service orchestration, operational automation and service technology integration across all Cellnex countries. /ppYou will ensure alignment, governance and industrialization of operational technology initiatives, maximizing reuse, synergies and scalability across countries. Acting as the central coordination point for automation and orchestration programs, you will drive the adoption of common architectures, operational standards and shared capabilities that improve operational efficiency, service quality and digital transformation outcomes across the Group. /ph3What You'll Do /h3h3Strategy Governance /h3ulliDefine and maintain the Group strategy for Service Technology Integration, orchestration and operational automation. /liliEstablish and govern the Service Technology Integration roadmap across all countries. /liliDefine common governance frameworks, standards and KPIs for orchestration and automation initiatives. /liliEnsure alignment of country initiatives with Group technology, operational and digital transformation strategies. /liliAct as the Group authority for OSS/BSS integration, service orchestration and operational automation governance. /li /ulh3Cross-Country Leadership /h3ulliCoordinate and oversee automation and orchestration initiatives across all Cellnex countries. /liliIdentify, prioritize and promote reuse opportunities between countries. /liliFacilitate cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing on operational technology capabilities. /liliDrive the adoption of successful solutions across multiple markets. /liliEnsure consistency of operational technology architectures and integration models throughout the Group. /li /ulh3Portfolio Transformation Management /h3ulliMaintain a consolidated portfolio of operational automation and orchestration initiatives. /liliAssess business cases, benefits and scalability potential of country-led initiatives. /liliPrioritize investments and resources based on business value and Group strategy. /liliMonitor delivery progress, benefits realization and operational impact. /liliDrive industrialization of successful pilots and proof-of-concepts into Group-wide capabilities. /li /ulh3Enterprise Integration Digital Operations /h3ulliDefine the target operating model for service orchestration and operational automation. /liliDrive convergence of OSS, BSS, Network, IT and Data platforms where beneficial. /liliEnsure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Data, AI and Automation strategies. /liliPromote API-first, event-driven and reusable integration architectures.
