ppTender Management Tool Administrator (F/M/D) • Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain, ES /p h3Tool Administration /h3 pOversee and manage logistics software tools and ensure they are up to date and effective. Provide technical support and training to team members on freight forwarding. Collaborate with IT and external vendors for tool enhancement and configure and maintain the freight management tool to meet the operational needs of the tender team. /p h3Data Analysis /h3 pCollect and analyze tender data to identify trends and anomalies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using the Tender app, Excel, and Power BI to provide visibility into key logistics. Conduct in‑depth analysis to support strategic decision‑making and operational improvements. Optimize freight forwarding processes to improve efficiency. /p h3Reporting and Documentation /h3 pGenerate regular reports on logistics performance and ad‑hoc reports to stakeholders. Document standard operating procedures for logistics processes and tool usage. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to freight management. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into logistics performance.



/p h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liSuccessfully finished studies at a higher educational level (ideally a degree in business administration, economics, or logistics). /li liSpeak and write English fluently; additional languages are a plus. /li liMinimum 3 years of working experience, ideally 1 year in the industry. /li liProven experience in administrating logistics tools and systems. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. /li liStrong experience with Power BI, including creating and managing dashboards. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liDetail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy. /li liAnalytical and data mining skills. /li liFamiliarity with freight forwarding processes and pensation. /li /ul pDP World offers a market‑competitive compensation package.
