The Project Business Finance Controller plays a central role in safeguarding the integrity of financial processes, steering Sub‑PL performance, automating and simplifying reporting, and ensuring robust governance and compliance. /p h3What will you do? /h3 h3Project Controlling /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end project controlling for strategic and high‑impact deals. /li liProvide oversight and financial assurance on the total portfolio, ensuring early detection of deviations, risks, and opportunities without full hands‑on controlling. /li liActively participate in project reviews, ensuring transparency on project performance, risks, contingencies, and opportunities. /li liOwn the preparation and validation of forecasts (Project Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast) for strategic deals. /li liProvide actionable financial insights that translate into concrete operational decisions to improve margins and cash generation.
/li /ul h3Sub‑PL Ownership Performance Management /h3 ul liAct as the finance owner for a Sub‑PL, with accountability for topline, gross margin, and overhead absorption. /li liOwn provisions, ensuring accuracy, adequate coverage, and compliance with accounting standards. /li liMonitor and enhance key performance metrics across product lines: productivity, cost deviations, cash, and operational efficiency. /li liEnsure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting for the Sub‑PL scope. /li liLead monthly closing activities, ensuring strong financial discipline. /li /ul h3Financial Processes Operations Leadership /h3 ul liLead the ZSC's core financial operations, owning the reliability and efficiency of upstream, multi‑product financial processes, including warranty management. /li liEnsure financial processes are standardized, well‑controlled, and scalable. /li liIdentify and implement digitalization and simplification opportunities across core financial workflows. /li liAct as a reliable point of reference for cross‑functional teams on financial process matters. /li liSupport broader finance transformation initiatives, with focus on data quality and automation. /li /ul h3Compliance, Governance Risk Management /h3 ul liAct as the compliance lead for the ZSC, owning the internal control framework. /li liCoordinate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely resolution of findings. /li liEnsure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and corporate governance frameworks. /li liPromote compliance with project, accounting,
