As a Group Procurement Legal Counsel at Verisure, you will help enable sustainable growth by shaping commercial contracts and providing pragmatic legal guidance. You’ll partner with the Group Procurement and Technology teams to balance risk with commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, international setting. Your work supports supplier relationships, contract performance, and new business initiatives, while contributing to a digital transformation journey. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with opportunities to influence process, templates, and standards from day one.

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of supplier agreements, from routine to high-value/complex transactions
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance, risk,
and policy alignment to optimize commercial outcomes
• Provide timely, pragmatic commercial legal guidance on supplier relationships and new initiatives
• Collaborate with the Group Head Procurement Counsel to standardize contracting processes, templates, and guidelines

• Qualified lawyer with demonstrated commercial contracting experience
• 7+ years experience in a major law firm or international business
• Strong English drafting and negotiation skills
