ppThe EDI Consultant at NRF is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining electronic data exchange integrations between internal systems (ERP, Webshop platforms) and external business partners, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and standardized integration flows that support order management, pricing, stock synchronization, delivery processes, and invoicing across multiple markets and partner systems. /p h3WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? /h3 ul liJoin Business Consultant Team, responsible for NRF's ERP system and all applications resolving around it /li liDesign, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF systems and external business partners /li liSupport integration of webshop solutions, including NRF Webshop and customer platforms /li liCollaborate closely with IT, Product Management and Customer Service Teams /li liPrepare functional design documents in close collaboration with developer's team /li liMaintain, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOICE) /li liManage onboarding of new suppliers and customers into EDI/API solutions /li liEnsure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP, webshop and external systems /li liManage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations /li liMonitor integration flows and proactively resolve data exchange issues /li liDocument integration workflows, mappings, and technical specifications /li liSupport and improve post-order processes, including delivery, invoicing and RMA flows /li /ul h3WHAT DO YOU BRING ? /h3 ul liDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (strong plus)



/li liStrong communication skills - working on daily basis with NRF's customers and internally with various departments /li liStrong analytical skills and business understanding - ability to translate business needs into technical requirements /li liProven background in integrating ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 FO) /li liExperience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms (preferably Adobe Commerce / Magento) /li liHands-on involvement in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes /li liExperience onboarding external partners (suppliers, customers) into integration systems /li liExposure to logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments (strong plus) /li liStrong knowledge of EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON) /li liExperience with API integrations (REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON) /li liGood understanding of ERP integration flows, especially Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes (AX 2012 / D365) /li liExperience with data mapping, transformation and validation between multiple systems /li liFamiliarity with file transfer protocols such as SFTP and FTP /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE OFFER? /h3 pA career at NRF means working for an international oriented leading manufacturer and supplier of Automotive aftermarket parts and industrial cooling solutions.
