ph3As a Integral Salesforce Administrator /h3pYou will support and govern our RIB global One-CRM platform. You will be responsible for the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). This position requires a strong combination of Salesforce administration expertise, governance mindset, stakeholder management, and experience working within complex enterprise environments. /ph3Key Responsabilitties /h3ulliManage and administer the global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). /liliEnsure consistent processes, governance, and platform standards across all regions. /liliAct as the main point of control for Salesforce changes, releases, and system enhancements. /liliCoordinate deployments and release activities within a structured DevOps environment (Copado). /liliSupport quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, product configuration, and quoting. /liliCollaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions. /liliMonitor data quality, system performance, user access, and security compliance. /liliSupport Salesforce integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems. /liliManage and guide regional administrators within a global governance framework. /liliDrive user adoption through training, process improvements, and enhanced user experience. /liliPrioritize and deliver continuous platform improvements aligned with business needs. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. /liliSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). /lili3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience within a global or enterprise environment. /liliStrong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. /liliExperience in B2B software, SaaS, or multi-product organizations. /liliExperience supporting quote-to-cash, sales operations, or commercial processes. /liliExperience working within structured release management and DevOps environments. /liliStrong knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, data models, and Flow automation. /liliExperience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and regions. /liliStrong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to balance governance, standardization, and business requirements. /liliEnglish language proficiency (minimum C1 level) required.
