In this role you will manage industrial processes for telecommunication satellite programmes, collaborating closely with Engineering, Production and Manufacturing to ensure end-to-end manufacturing efficiency. You will contribute to planning, budgeting, risk management and quality gates across multiple multidisciplinary projects within TOMSA. The position focuses on delivering on quality, cost and schedule targets for space systems production in Spain and beyond. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, process optimization and stakeholder alignment to enable sustained production rate and program success.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis
• Pro-activity and autonomy with strong team collaboration
• Leadership to manage diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability xqbhyrx to work in integrated multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams
• Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure and changing environment
• Compliance with Company, Quality and Hu0026S standards
• Iron certification level (or equivalent) recommended
