You will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long-term satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base. /p h3Some of your key tasks /h3 ul liInvestigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department; /li liDeliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels; /li liBuild and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty; /li liOffer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations; /li liAddress churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries; /li liContribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To The Team /h3 ul li(Hard requirement) Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native level) and good written and verbal skills in English; /li liTech-savvy, a critical and logical thinker; /li liProven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions; /li liStructured, and organized, with good time management and attention to detail; /li liConfidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude; /li liPrior experience in SaaS/software CS is preferred (this is not a call center position!). /li /ul pImportant note: please do apply if you meet 70%+ of the criteria.
