You will support presales activities, lead discovery workshops, shape architectures, build POCs and MVPs, and guide selected solutions into production with client teams, focusing on GenAI applications. /p h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMaster or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. /li li5+ years in data science, AI or ML engineering with shipped GenAI applications /li liProficiency in Python and cloud AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP /li liExperience in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines /li liPractical knowledge of RAG and agentic workflows, with proven choices of tools based on performance, cost, and compliance needs /li liAbility to outline context engineering choices - grounding sources, chunking approaches, retrieval strategies, and their trade-offs /li liStrong experience with NLP; exposure to multimodal use cases is a plus /li liComfort switching between GenAI and traditional ML depending on project needs /li liProven ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes /li liExcellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
