and assessment frameworks. /li liMonitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve decision quality. /li liPartner with Product, Technology, and Operations to enhance credit tools and processes. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liExperience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, Credit Assessment or SME Lending. /li liBackground in Banking, FinTech, Commercial Lending or Alternative Finance. /li liExperience making or supporting lending decisions. /li liStrong understanding of credit policies and underwriting methodologies. /li liCommercial mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills. /li liSME lending experience. /li liExperience improving underwriting frameworks or credit processes. /li liPrevious experience within a fintech or embedded finance business. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
