The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world. /p pWe believe our people are our most important asset, so we'll offer you a dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development. /p pCurrently we need to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating an bSales Assistant /b. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liAssisting in sales and setting up new customer accounts /li liOrdering samples and documentation for customers and following up with them /li liEntering quotations and sales orders, following up and keeping the customer informed on the status of orders /li liCo-ordinate the arrival of goods with the Purchasing Department to ensure delivery on time /li liGenerate and prepare export documentation and liaise with HQ for export information and documentation /li liManage customers through open and interactive communication /li liIdentify and assess customer needs.
