In this Talent Manager role, you will partner with the Europe ACG Talent Management Team to deliver staffing, consultant development and related people processes across one or more Practices. You balance business needs with consultant goals, providing practical staffing insights and proactive execution. You will work closely withTM Leads, Practice stakeholders and cross-functional partners to support consultant growth, performance reviews and visibility of talent themes. This role offers exposure to data-driven reporting and TM operations in a fast-paced consulting environment, with a clear impact on client delivery and team development.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support staffing and capacity planning for Practices or large sub-teams
• Provide reliable TM support and early insight on capacity, performance or engagement topics
• Assist with development and performance processes, including Career Review prep and feedback follow-up
• Review utilization, staffing,



availability and OW Balance data to generate practical insights
• Contribute to TM operations; maintain data accuracy and prepare materials for staffing and talent meetings
• Collaborate across TM and partner functions to enable transparent, cross-functional problem solving

Responsabilidades
• Typical 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, staffing, HR, recruiting, or consulting operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with credibility xqbhyrx across stakeholders
• Self-motivated, resilient and proactive with attention to detail and adaptability
• Comfort with data, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with resource management and AI tools
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across geographies and functions
