ph3Job Description /h3 pThe nominated Risk and Opportunity Manager is responsible for managing risk and opportunities relevant to the accountable Manager’s business. The role covers the entire context, including the business with its operational work and executed processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 ‘Enterprise Risk Management’ and perform the following activities: /li liEstablish context and prepare the ROM plan. /li liSchedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1). /li liClarify accountabilities, especially R/O owner and R/O response action owner. /li liPromote an anticipation and ROM-oriented mind‑set. /li liOversee close follow‑up of successful execution of risk treatment actions. /li liProvide assurance/advise to management regarding the achievement of: /li liReliability of financial reporting. /li liAirbus Group/Division’s capability to identify, assess, respond to, take control actions and monitor risks opportunities on a timely basis throughout the Group, consistent with Airbus Group /Division objectives. /li liERM system design and operational effectiveness. /li liTransparency and quality of risk opportunity monitoring and reporting. /li liCompliance with risk opportunity rules, regulations and procedures. /li liImplement and operate the risk opportunity management strategy.
