ppChubb is seeking an bAPAC Vendor Management Lead /b to help shape and drive regional vendor management strategy across APAC. This role is focused on delivering long-term operational efficiency, financial benefits, and strong governance while helping to reduce business risk and strengthen vendor performance across the region. /p pWorking closely with regional stakeholders, this role will lead and support key initiatives across analytics, sourcing, performance management, systems, governance, and compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport regional strategies that improve operational efficiency, deliver financial benefits, and reduce business risk. /li liAnalyze and interpret data to support decision-making, lead discussions, and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liSupport analysis of APAC ALAE spend, vendor panel optimization, and reporting on savings and opportunities. /li liLead or support sourcing initiatives from business requirements and project scoping through to RFQ/RFP/RFI development, sourcing strategy, due diligence, contractual arrangements, and panel management. /li liContribute to the development and application of vendor performance management best practices, including SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards. /li liPartner with internal stakeholders and budget holders to define performance metrics for critical vendors. /li liSupport regional and country stakeholders in using vendor management systems and tools. /li liDevelop user guides and training documentation to support adoption of platforms and processes.



/li liIdentify process improvement opportunities and help streamline vendor and Chubb process mapping. /li liReview vendor panels to ensure best practices, due diligence, and APAC controls are in place. /li liWork with countries and regions to address compliance gaps and implement corrective action plans. /li liAct as an advocate for the Claims Vendor Function and help promote its value across the business. /li liSupport the Regional Vendor Manager on key regional initiatives. /li liCollaborate with the wider claims vendor team and contribute to larger sourcing projects as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liQualified Procurement Professional (MCIPS preferred, but not essential). /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement across multiple vendor categories preferred. /li liStrong Excel skills; experience with QlikSense dashboards and Power BI is preferred. /li liProven experience managing vendor performance programs using SLAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards. /li liStrong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to interpret contract terms and advise on their impact. /li liAbility to negotiate and influence effectively in a commercial environment. /li liKnowledge of insurance markets, insurance claims, or procurement principles is desirable.
