As a key member of a high‑performance team, you will gain hands‑on expertise in Industrial IoT (IIoT), automation, advanced analytics, digital workflows, and Smart Manufacturing, directly contributing to the organization’s digital maturity transformation. /p pThe Digital Value Stream Manager (Digital VSM) serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated production segments. You will oversee machine connectivity, end‑to‑end traceability, KPI visualization, and software (SW) deployment by orchestrating collaboration across all functional stakeholders. You will act as the critical strategic bridge between local site processes and Global Digitalization rollout initiatives. /p h3bCore Responsibilities /b /h3 h3b1. End‑to‑End Orchestration /b /h3 ul liCoordinate all digitalization workstreams within the assigned process area, ensuring seamless integration from shop floor to our digital solution landscape, bridging IT and OT. /li liServe as the primary bidirectional SPOC, streamlining communication channels to ensure rapid information flow and alignment between local and global teams. /li /ul h3b2. Technical Subject Matter Expertise /b /h3 ul liMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem with the focus on MES, machine connectivity and traceability. /li liArticulate the technical capabilities,
architectural constraints, and value propositions of various solutions to stakeholders. /li liManage on‑site contractors (OG‑C) for complex field activities, including end‑to‑end shop floor integration testing. /li /ul h3b3. System Validation Commissioning /b /h3 ul liLead and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for digital systems, including conducting technical audits and quality inspections at supplier sites. /li /ul h3b4. Digital Project Lifecycle Support /b /h3 ul liFacilitate the deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., edge computing, smart sensors, mobile applications). /li liDrive project milestones through rigorous testing, technical documentation, and post‑launch deployment support. /li liPartner with cross‑functional departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to translate operational pain points into technical requirements. /li /ul h3b5. Data Governance Analytics /b /h3 ul liEnsure data integrity and perform validation for critical digital KPIs in collaboration with the respective project teams. /li /ul h3b6. Process Mapping Optimization /b /h3 ul liConduct process mapping to identify bottlenecks and high‑impact digital intervention opportunities. /li /ul h3b7. Change Management User Enablement /b /h3 ul liProvide functional support for digital tools deployed within operations. /li liLead onboarding sessions to ensure high system adoption rates and provide appropriate training materials. /li liSynthesize user feedback to identify bugs and drive system enhancements. /li /ul h3b8.
