/p /li lipHelping define and evolve the product operating model, planning cadence, governance, and performance visibility through dashboards and decision-grade metrics. /p /li lipActing as a trusted partner to the CTPO in executive and investor-level communication, including board materials and strategic narratives. /p /li lipSupporting and constructively challenging senior product leaders to raise the bar on strategic clarity, operational rigor, and outcome focus. /p /li lipContributing to long‑term portfolio evolution and platform convergence initiatives, supporting a more unified, platform‑led product organisation. /p /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 pbExperience: /b /p pProven senior experience in product strategy, product operations, or product leadership enablement at Director or Senior Director level within SaaS or other mission‑critical enterprise software environments. /p pExperience in complex, multi-product portfolios, ideally in transformation or legacy‑heavy contexts. Exposure to PE‑backed or investor‑driven environments is highly valued. /p pbLanguages: /b /p pEnglish: Fluent (interview will be conducted in English). /p pSecond European language preferred (e.g. French or Spanish). /p pbCommunication: /b /p pExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive‑level narratives, board materials, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. /p pbTechnical Skills: /b /p pStrong understanding of modern product development models, Product–Engineering collaboration, platform architectures, delivery constraints, and portfolio‑level planning. /p pComfortable developing, assessing, and defending business cases with clear articulation of ROI, risk, and strategic rationale.
