The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction - critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience. /p ul liOperate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance /li liProvide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools /li liEngage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience /li liExecute route testing in diverse environments,



including city and highway scenarios /liliEnsure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards /li liGenerate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams /li liWork variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing /li liValid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience /li liMust be 21 years or older /li liComfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis /li liExcellent judgment, focus, and communication skills /li /ul pWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
