This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers, third party warehouses, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing, and internal departments to ensure that physical inventory matches system inventory. The position focuses on real time inventory visibility, timely transaction processing, discrepancy resolution, and continuous monitoring of inbound and outbound material flows. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain accurate inventory records across all third party warehouse locations /li liEnsure system inventory accurately reflects physical inventory by monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions /li liProcess and validate inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, consumption, adjustments, and returns /li liEnsure material consumption is recorded in real time to maintain accurate inventory visibility /li liInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages,



and transaction delays /li liWork closely with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to align material availability with procurement plans and purchase orders /li liWork closely with Finance and Accounting teams to align inventory reports /li liCoordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities across warehouse locations /li liGenerate inventory reports and propose corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or GED required /li liEquivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liA minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related roles /li liExperience working with third party logistics warehouse locations /li liExperience managing inventory reconciliation and transactional accuracy within ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets and other database platforms /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in fast paced manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or high value inventory environments /li liKnowledge of inventory auditing, cycle counting,
