At Nextlane, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, push boundaries, and work on solutions that are transforming the automotive world. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a highly analytical, ambitious and business‑oriented Business Analyst to join our Go‑To‑Market organization and work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer. This is a unique opportunity to become the right hand of the CRO, gaining exposure to the full commercial engine of an international SaaS business. The role offers a 360° view across all GTM functions, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Strategic Growth Initiatives. /p pYou will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making, driving visibility across ongoing projects, analyzing business performance and helping leadership teams stay aligned on priorities and execution. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity and the ambition to grow into a future business, strategy or commercial leadership role. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: /p ul libStrategic Business Support: /b ul liAct as a trusted partner and support to the CRO across strategic and operational initiatives. /li liFollow up on ongoing European‑wide GTM projects and ensure alignment across different stakeholders and teams. /li liTrack key actions, deliverables and business priorities across multiple countries and departments.
/li liSupport executive decision‑making through data analysis and business insights. /li /ul /li libData Analysis Reporting: /b ul liAnalyze commercial, operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks. /li liBuild and maintain dashboards, KPIs and executive‑level reporting. /li liPrepare business reviews and performance summaries for leadership meetings. /li liSupport forecasting, pipeline analysis and revenue‑related reporting. /li /ul /li libExecutive Stakeholder Management: /b ul liPrepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for internal leadership meetings, board discussions and shareholder updates. /li liSupport preparation for strategic meetings with key customers and partners. /li liCoordinate information across different business units and regions. /li liEnsure clear communication and follow‑up between stakeholders. /li /ul /li libBusiness Improvement Projects: /b ul liIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency. /li liParticipate in cross‑functional projects supporting business growth and GTM effectiveness. /li liContribute to building a more data‑driven and scalable commercial organization. /li /ul /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul libExperience: /b ul liPrevious experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, Finance, Commercial Operations or similar analytical roles. /li liExperience working with data, reporting and business performance metrics. /li liExposure to SaaS, technology or fast‑growing international environments is a strong plus. /li /ul /li libLanguages: /b ul liEnglish (Interview will be conducted in English) /li /ul /li libCommunication: /b ul liStrong communication skills, both verbal and written. /li /ul /li libTechnical Skills: /b ul liStrong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem‑solving skills. /li liAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. /li liAbility to transform complex information into clear business insights. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
