Responsibilities

- Advise customers on integration challenges and optimal use of the SEEBURGER platform.
- Analyse individual customer requirements and create concepts for customized solutions.
- Implement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolio.
- Support customers during commissioning with solution‑specific documentation, customer‑specific training, and act as a technical contact for questions and issues.
- Work in a mixed team of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, remotely or onsite at the customer's premises.
- Depending on experience, take responsibility for individual sub‑projects or the entire customer relationship.
- Contribute product feedback to product management to support product development.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work structured and autonomously.
- Experience designing and implementing IT solutions, ideally in integration environments such as B2B, MFT, or API.




- Solid general IT knowledge (operating systems, databases, networks, security).
- Experience in the EDI environment and familiarity with standard EDI processes.
- Experience with automotive and retail industries is a plus, but not essential.
- Additional knowledge in e‑invoicing is a plus.
- Several years’ experience with integration platforms (e.g., SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG).
- Familiarity with message formats such as EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML, SAP IDoc, and communication protocols like AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, mail.
- Experience with ERP interfaces (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS, Navision).
- Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirable. xqbhyrx
