Experteer Overview
As Finance Business Partner Iberia, you help drive financial excellence for Spain and Portugal by partnering with the Iberian leadership to support strategic decisions. You’ll coordinate with General Business Services and ensure compliance with policies, US GAAP and local standards while delivering insightful reporting and KPIs. You play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and business transformation initiatives. This is a high-visibility role within a global healthcare leader that values cross-border collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Country Manager and leadership to support strategy and operations
• Coordinate accounting activities with Global Business Services with adherence to Group policies and US GAAP
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance and legal coordination
• Deliver monthly management reporting, financial analysis and business insights
• Prepare Pu0026L reviews, headcount reporting and variance analysis
• Coordinate monthly forecasts and annual budgeting process
• Develop KPIs and Power BI reporting to enhance performance




• Drive financial governance and process improvements across Iberia
• Participate in international and cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
• Build strong relationships with European and Global Finance teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Experience in finance within an international or multinational company
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, controlling and finance partnering
• Solid understanding of Spanish accounting and tax regulations
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Bilingual English (written and spoken) essential
• Native or fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
