- Ensures accurate communication and administration across all relevant processes within the specialization
- Updates, formats, and edits decks, pitches, communications, and client deliverables within the specialization
- Reviews expenditures and prepares reports detailing overs and shorts against the plan within the specialization.
- Collaborates with different teams to ensure efficient resource allocation to support the smooth delivery of enterprise talent solutions
- Tracks the program budget and highlights any potential budget overruns within the specialization
