ppe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Congress Unit in Barcelona, focusing on the management of international housing congresses across Europe. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from initial client request through execution and financial closure. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across Europe to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. /p pyou will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating operational activities, and supporting business growth within the congress housing segment. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liManaging housing congress projects from acquisition to delivery /li liActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle /li liCoordinating operational aspects of congress execution /li liSelecting and negotiating with suppliers and partners /li liCollaborating with international congress teams across Europe /liliSupporting business development and sales initiatives /li liEnsuring accurate financial management, invoicing, and reporting /li liMaintaining strong relationships with convention bureaus and congress centers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or relevant education in Tourism, Events, or Congress Management /li liProven experience in congress, events, or PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) environments /li liStrong knowledge of the congress and association industry /li liHands-on experience with EventsAir (mandatory or highly valued) /li liAdvanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel /li liExperience working with front-office or back-office systems /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment /li liExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills /li liFluent in English (mandatory) and at least one additional European language /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
