ph3About The Role /h3pJoin us as a Business Design AI Transformation Consultant to help our clients rethink and evolve their business models through the combination of strategy, design, data, and emerging technologies. /ph3Your Role /h3pWork as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives, combining business insight, strategic design, data, technology and AI. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: from understanding business challenges and defining value opportunities to co‑designing solutions and supporting their implementation, helping clients of Consumer Goods and Retail industries move from ideas to tangible results. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead or contribute to strategic transformation initiatives focused on growth, efficiency and customer experience, particularly in Retail Consumer Goods. /liliParticipate in end-to-end digital transformation programs, including AI and agent-based solutions. /liliApply strategic design and business design approaches to define innovative solutions aligned with business goals. /liliConduct business value assessments to identify impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives. /liliDevelop business cases, roadmaps and transformation plans to support decision-making and execution. /liliFacilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to align vision, needs and solutions. /liliTranslate business challenges into actionable use cases, functional requirements and solution definitions. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, data, technology and design. /liliSupport organizational change and adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation. /liliLeverage generative AI and copilots to explore new scenarios, enhance decision-making and unlock innovation opportunities.
