Your focus will be on enabling faster launches, maintaining consistently high production standards, and building the systems and processes that allow our experiences to grow efficiently around the world. /p pThis role combines production expertise with operational excellence. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, influencing teams across multiple regions, and continuously improving how we launch and operate at scale. /p h3What You’ll Own /h3 pAs Global Expansion Producer, you will be the global production owner for one or more SSI experiences. You will be accountable for: /p ul liDefining the production framework that enables successful expansion into new markets. /li liMaintaining production quality and operational excellence across your global portfolio. /li liBuilding scalable tools, documentation and processes that empower Local Producers. /li liDriving production efficiency through standardisation, cost optimisation and continuous improvement. /li liSupporting regional teams to successfully launch and operate experiences while preserving the integrity of the IP. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Global Expansion Launches /h3 ul liLead the production workstream for global expansion, ensuring new market launches are delivered on time and to Fever's quality standards. /li liAssess production feasibility for regions, venues and market opportunities.



/li liAdapt experiences to local regulatory, cultural, logistical and technical requirements without compromising the creative vision. /li liBuild and manage production timelines, critical paths and launch readiness across multiple simultaneous projects. /li /ul h3Production Excellence /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain scalable playbooks, production guides, templates, cue sheets and operational documentation. /li liStandardise production processes across markets to improve consistency and reduce execution risk. /li liEstablish clear governance, reporting and escalation processes for regional teams. /li liCapture learnings from launches and continuously improve production methodologies across the portfolio. /li /ul h3Local Team Enablement /h3 ul liSupport Local Producers, helping them successfully own production within their markets. /li liDeliver workshops, training sessions and operational reviews that increase local capability / improve global guidelines /li liProvide hands-on support during critical launches or complex operational situations when required. /li liFoster knowledge sharing and best practices across the global production organisation. /li /ul h3Commercial Strategic Impact /h3 ul liBenchmark production costs across markets and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. /li liSupport vendor sourcing, supplier management and global procurement initiatives. /li liPartner with Business and Project Management teams on venue negotiations, production strategy and business cases. /li liContribute ideas, technologies and production innovations that improve scalability, audience experience and profitability. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Business teams, Project Managers and regional Production teams to ensure alignment across launches. /li liCommunicate priorities, risks and progress clearly to senior stakeholders. /li liDrive accountability through structured planning, ownership frameworks and clear decision-making processes. /li /ul h3Quality Performance /h3 ul liOwn production quality standards across your assigned portfolio. /li liMonitor operational performance, audience feedback and production KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. /li liEnsure every new launch strengthens both the customer experience and the long-term scalability of the IP. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an experienced live events Producer who enjoys building scalable operations as much as delivering exceptional productions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders across multiple regions,



and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. /p pYou are naturally organised, highly analytical and constantly looking for ways to improve processes, simplify complexity and enable others to succeed. You know how to create simple but complete documentation for worldwide teams to execute. /p h3Required /h3 h3Experience Skills /h3 ul li5+ years of experience producing live events, immersive experiences or touring productions across multiple cities or markets. /li liProven experience managing complex productions involving third-party vendors, freelancers and contractors. /li liStrong understanding of production budgeting, permitting, Health Safety and operational compliance. /li liExperience evaluating venues and production feasibility for new markets. /li liExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones. /li liExperience building operational playbooks, SOPs and production documentation. /li liDemonstrated ability to identify operational improvements and deliver measurable efficiency gains. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience scaling recurring live experiences internationally. /li liKnowledge of scenic fabrication, lighting, sound, costume and/or technical production. /li /ul pYou can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
