Our Madrid team is led by Juan Jesús Valderas, one of the top leading expert witnesses in Spain. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 pWe Are Currently Seeking To Recruit a Manager To Be Based In Madrid To Support Our Disputes Investigations Practice In Spain And Across Europe. The Successful Candidate Will /p ul liWork closely with our Managing Director and Senior Directors / Directors on a variety of assignments in Spain and internationally /li liUse forensic skills to investigate fraud and other financial misrepresentation /li liAssist in the preparation of Expert Witness reports of a financial or economic nature /li liAssist with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in an investigation, dispute,



or accounting related matter /li liAssist in the performance of complex financial models and analyses /li liAssist with drafting reports and other client deliverables /li liAssist with researching technical and industry specific issues /li liDevelop and suggest solutions to complex problems by thinking “outside the box” /li liBalance multiple client projects and other responsibilities /li liCommunicate effectively to all levels of engagement management /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pThe successful candidate will have a balance of the following skills: /p ul liBusiness university degree, ideally with an accounting background.
